How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to one of the following addresses:

- Full name registered on the account
- Phone number (if registered)
- Confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data
What happens next:
- Our team will verify your identity and account ownership
- We will confirm your request via email
- Your account and data will be deleted within 30 business days
- You will receive confirmation when the deletion is completed
Data That Will Be Deleted
Personal and Account Data
Full name, email, phone, address, and other profile information
Login credentials, authentication tokens, and active sessions
Loan records, payments, and all financial transactions
Uploaded documents, receipts, and stored files
Account settings, notification preferences, and customizations
Activity history, access logs, and application usage data
Analytics and behavioral data collected through tracking platforms
All tracking data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from these platforms.
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for specific periods due to legal or regulatory obligations:
- Financial Records: Financial information may be retained for up to 5 years in accordance with legal and tax requirements
- Security Logs: Security and audit records may be retained for up to 2 years for security purposes and fraud prevention
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes and service improvement
Retention Period
After the deletion request is processed, personally identifiable data will be permanently deleted within 30 business days.
Data that must be retained due to legal obligations will only be kept for the minimum necessary period and will be deleted as soon as the legal obligation expires.
Consequences of Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After deletion:
- You will not be able to recover your account or deleted data
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Prestamochi again
- All transaction history and information will be permanently removed
- You will lose access to all services and features associated with the account
